My name is Kiano Elliott and I am a graduate of @W.F. Herman Academy Secondary School in the Greater Essex County District School Board. I am attending Wilfred Laurier University majoring in communications. I play on the Laurier football team as well. I plan on taking football as far I can and hopefully to the pros. When my football career is over I plan on giving back if that’s from coaching, teaching etc.. I want there to be many kids that choose their education, sports and other things besides the streets. I am the first out of my grandmas offspring to go to university. I want to show kids in the city that there’s way more out here than just being a statistic. You can make it out the city and be more then what’s around you.
Kiano has been awarded the Martha Elliott-Tolson & George R. Tolson Sr. Scholarship of $2000!
