My name is Jyiiz Baylis and I am a graduate of Kingsville District High School in the Greater Essex District School Board. I am attending St. Clair College enrolled in the Fashion Technician program. My career goal is to become a fashion designer and creative director for my own fashion company. When my career goals are met I want to use the experience, knowledge, and acquired skills I've gained in college to help inspire creativity in future generations of Black youth everywhere. Fashion is art and art is supposed to inspire. I am determined to inspire perseverance, joy, hope, and love
Jyiiz received the Jane McCoy-Robbins Memorial Scholarship of $2000.
